Service Description
Botulinum toxin injected both deep or superficially to improve fine lines and wrinkles. Can be provided in different regions of the face or neck depending on the client needs or wants. Pricing is based per unit. Unit amounts will be discussed at time of appointment after initial evaluation.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours prior to appointment start time. If you need to cancel or reschedule less than the 12 hours prior to appointment time, please contact me at 508-415-4015. Cancelling within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time or not showing for appointment can result in a 50$ charge. If you reschedule, this 50$ charge will be taken off the final amount of your service provided.
